If your item is not as described you can request to return it by following the process outlined below.

As we sell a range of retro jerseys please ensure you check out the size and condition of each item prior to purchasing. Please refer to our detailed sizing measurements on each product prior to purchase as we are unable to accept returns for this reason. You can find our size and condition guide in the product description of each item.

All returns must be sent to us in the original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase *

To return an item, please send an email to atthebuzzeruk@gmail.com stating your full name, order information and reason for return. Having received the request we will then confirm whether you can return the item and provide you with a return instructions. 

Please note, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges and we highly recommend you return the items with insured, registered or recorded delivery. We hold no responsibility for items lost during returned shipping. 

We aim to process refunds within 3 working days. 

*In the event of a refund we reserve the right to refund the original cost of the item minus any postage charges.
